Chicken Sausage and Roasted Vegetable Sheet Pan

How long it took me: 1 hour and 4 minutes

What you need:

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 pack of chicken sausage of your choice

    • 1 sweet potato

    • 3 bell peppers

    • 1 pack of mushrooms

    • 1 large onion

    • olive oil

  • Spices:

    • 1.5 tablespoons of ranch seasoning

    • 1.5 tablespoons of maple syrup

    • salt & pepper - your preference

    • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

    • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

    • 1/2 teaspoon aprika

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Chop allll of your veggies + chicken sausage up & put into a mixing bowl

  3. drizzle your oil over the top & add your spices, then mix well.

  4. pour your veggie / sausage mixture onto a prepared baking sheet & bake for 15 minutes

  5. after 15 minutes is up - take the baking sheet out of oven and give the veggies/sausage a good stir

  6. then put back into oven for another 20 minutes

  7. once the 20 is over, turn your broil on for 3-5 minutes (do not look away - you want your sausage/veggies crisp but not burned!)

  8. serve over your favorite pasta and garnish with some parmesan
